Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: September 13, 2026

You can ask us to delete your Rixora account and everything associated with it at any time. This includes any data we received when you signed in with, or connected, a Facebook, Instagram, or Google account.

1. How to request deletion

Email us from the address you signed up with, so we can verify the request belongs to you:

info@rixoraagency.com

Use the subject line "Data deletion request". If you can no longer access that email address, contact us anyway and we will verify your identity another way before deleting anything.

2. What happens next

  • We confirm receipt of your request, usually within 2 business days.
  • We verify that the request comes from the account owner.
  • We permanently delete your data within 30 days and email you to confirm when it is done.

3. What we delete

  • Your account and login credentials, including any Facebook, Instagram, or Google sign-in link.
  • Your business profile, brand details, and the strategy and brand data generated from them.
  • Content you created or we prepared for you: posts, captions, images, videos, designs, and schedules.
  • Access tokens for any social accounts you connected. These are revoked and deleted, so we can no longer post on your behalf.
  • Leads, conversations, and analytics stored in your workspace.

4. What we may keep, and why

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example invoices and payment records needed for tax and accounting, and minimal logs kept to prevent fraud and abuse. These are kept only for as long as the law requires and are never used to market to you. Content you already published to a social network stays on that network; you control it there.

5. Removing a connected Facebook or Instagram account

If you only want to disconnect a social account rather than delete your whole Rixora account, you can remove Rixora's access directly from the network:

  • Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select Rixora → Remove.
  • Instagram: Settings → Website Permissions → Apps and Websites → select Rixora → Remove.
  • Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Your connections to third-party apps → select Rixora → Remove access.

Removing access there stops any further posting immediately. To also erase the data we already hold, send us the deletion request above.

6. Questions

If anything here is unclear, or you want to know exactly what data we hold about you before deciding, email us at info@rixoraagency.com and we will answer.
